Introduction 

Green sand  production line is vortex centrifugal type machinery reclamation deviece. Green sand production line based on green sand binder type configuration (core) . Green sand is configured for the binder (core) sand. Sand achieve mechanization process is an important part of casting production. The quality of core sand preparation directly affects the increase as well as reduce the cost of casting production quality and yield; treatment process due to the complexity of sand, clay and sand handling and transportation workload is very large, and the environment is very bad, so that the process of mechanization sand is an important part of casting production. The main task of sand handling and Industry is to provide qualified and Industry for molding and core sand and core sand.

 

Working principle:

used sand passed the quantitive device,landing on the high-speed rotatring reclamation disk,under the impact of the centrifugal force throw to the wear ring,the friction and collision between sand and wear ring &between sand and sand each other over and over again,and  the film on the surface of sand  are removed,the reclamated sand drop down from between wear ring and the reclamation disk.at the same time,the fan and reclamation disk places on the same shaft and the fan blow the wind up, forms a strong airflow,makes the droping sand boiling, winnowing , removing adhesive film and dust ,at last ,get the reclamation sand that meet the process requirments.
