The profile of the machines of the production line

1.The bale breaker machine

1.The bale breaker is able to load 2 bales of raw  material at once in order to save labor cost;

2.Custom bale breaker size according to different requirement.

2.Fine fiber opening machine

4.NEW DEVELOPMENT: Feeding and working speed can be reduced by inverters arranged the both conveyer, worker and main cylinder, so that we can adjust the speed according to different material and different opening rate. 

5.It can be used for micro fiber also after developed with inverters.

3.Ball fiber machine

1.The down-like ball fiber machine is able to make 2.5D fiber up and 25mm-64mm polyester fiber according to different requirement;

2.Adjustable ball fiber size and capacity that is able to reach different range of the fiber ball and finished production quality requirement.

3.But reasonable design and technical balling date adjustment, the finished ball fiber is able to hold warm air and keep the production fluffy enough;

5.The vibration hopper has been specially designed by LION according to no-woven equipments technical that specially for opening, balling machines etc which is able to feed the raw material into the processing machine evenly in order to receive qualified uniform fiber quality.

4. silo

1.The silo is mainly used to keep enough processed material ready for the next program using;

2.As soon as the silo is completed that will give signal to the front blower to stop filling;

3.As soon as the material is running out, the silo photo cell will give signal to the front feeding blower to feed again that is to save energy for the full line operation;

5.shipping bag filling machine

The shipping bag filling bag filling machine is used to fill the finished fiber ball into shipping bags by double slot;

Modification: Pressing device to fill more.
