•  Function: The machine is mainly used to pre-open the raw materials of micro fiber and
  deliver to the next program according to the weight ratio.
  • The 90” working width can hold two bales of raw materials side by side. Pre-open the
  stable raw materials by top&middle spiked rollers and deliver to the electronic weighing
  scale hopper by spiked apron to achieve weighing ratio.
  • Automatic control system of PLC program, the user can adjust the weighing accuracy and
  speed according to the production technology demand.
  • Anti-static System, set up the PLC relevant atomizing time and interval according to the
  demand.
  • Variable Speed for the top&middle spiked roller, spiked apron, evener roller and stripping
  roller to be suitable for different process demand.
