Non-glue cotton & hard cotton produce line

 

• This machine line is non-glue cotton & hard cotton produce line. Both non-glue wadding and hard cotton can be produced.

• Pre-opening machine adopt aluminum alloy carding pin roller;Carding machine adopt strengthen skeletons, running more steady;Working roller spindle nose designed as dual axle fully seal, it avoid fiber twining and jamming.

• The Cylinder with high assembling accuracy has height 6cm vertical and horizontal steel stiffener. So after it covered with wire, the more tidiness surface can produce uniform and even wadding. The capacity can be higher 20%-30% than normal carding machine.

• Developed shaking shield cross lapper maintenance easy. It avoid the wadding wrinkle caused by slipping and wadding stacks caused by stuffy belt feeding binds of normal shaking shield cross lapper. Short wadding fallen distance, wadding without wrinkle, uniform and even.

• Unique designed woven special for non-glue cotton & hard cotton hot shaping. 40g/M²~2000g/M² cotton can be processed. Reasonable circulate system and special blow suck wind nest structure. Teflon conveyer net makes the heat supply prompt, uniform and steady.

• Compact heat insulation design improved the heat utilization rate. Double nets hold design makes the production thickness and hardness adjustable according needed. The final production has even surface, uniform hardness. It can save produce cost by lower low melting point fiber consumption.

• Adopt PLC program control, simple operation and easy for maintenance.
