Description

 

•The constant ball fiber bag filling mchine line QL006A is mainly used to make polyester fiber balls and then fill into woven bags or plastic bags.

•Newly developed high efficiency fiber ball making machine that the capacity can reach 200kg-250kg/h.

•The machine line is composed by one fiber opener, blower, vibration hopper ,constant ball fiber machine and filling device.

 

•PLC control system that the whole line only need 2 operators. 

•Main electrical key parts are adopt most famous brand such like Siemens, Omron, Schneider and AB.

•Main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is stable, durable and long life.

•Ayutomatic conveyer that the material will be tranported automatically.
