• The ball fiber filling machine is mainly used to produce ball fiber from conjugate siliconized polyester fiber

and fill into plastic bags or woven bags.

• The material can be 3D, 7D and 15D siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm.

• Double pin roller ball fiber process that the finished ball fiber is more even, fluffy and good elasticity with

good hand feeling. • The whole line is controlled by PLC system that can be handled by 2 to 3 operators.
