DESCRIPTION:

•Machine mainly used for polyester stable fiber balling and packing into woven bag or plastic bag.

•Suitable raw material :3D,7D,15D conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber.

•Adopt principle of several rollers balling ,the produced fiber balls would be even, soft with good hand feeling.

•High degree of automatic.Adopt PLC control system ,touch screen setup and auto fiber input sensor , so whole line only need 1 operator.

•Auto clamp and simple operation. so have no special skill requriement for operator and reduce the dependence for operators.

•Stable quality and low repairing rate.Spare parts with high degree of standardization and universality , so easy for maintenance .Structure are processed for computerized laser cutting machine and static electricity spray on surface ,good looking and durable.

1.Bale Breaker

 

simple description: 1200mm working width bale breaker,Max capacity could be 800kg.

usually one or two bales of raw material could be loaded by forklift once so there is no need labor's continuous feeding during the material sent out processing which nealy 2 hours.

2.Distributor

 

simple description: the fan inside the blower is made of aluminum material so the there is no noise and shaking when machine running. material can be transported for long distance.

 

3.Vibration hopper

 

simple description:the function of vibration hopper is to make material uniform by shaking back and forth so that the material can entered into the ball fiber making machine evenly to get good balling effect.

4.Fiber ball making machine

 

simple description:material can be entered into the ball fiber making machine directly no need pre-openig process.and finished fiber ball is so elastic ,beautiful with good hand feeling.

5.silo

 

simple description:there is a silo that be ready for finished fiber ball storing to ensure enough output.

6.Filling device
