LED STREET LIGHT MATERIALS & PROCESS :

* Applied with unique Quadric Optics Non-imaging Lens, luminaire efficiency over 90%. Aopting non-image system design concepts, the lens can focus almost all lights onto desired areas, from which the light utilisation rate is higher than HPS lights and other LED street lights from competitors.

* In road illumination, the rectangular light spots can perform excellent link up, from which the illuminationuniformity exceeds far beyond road lighting industry standards.

* Radiator made of Aluminum Alloy 6063-T5 which has the great heat conductivity applied with special packaging structure lowering thermal resistance.

* Every detail has been design in the System structure, to achieve the best effect of heat dissipation. Primary LED are connected to Aliminium-base PCB for best thermal conductivity.
