CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

HEAT TREATMENT SPECIFICATION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES: 

Annealed hardness ≤201HB,impression diameter 3.9~4.3mm; Q&T,≥50HV 

Annealing 800~900℃ slowly cooling , about 750℃ rapid cooling.

Quenching :1050~1100℃ oil cooling. 

Tempering : 200~300℃ rapid cooling.

Metallographic structure :martensite
