Annealing temperture 840-860℃X3-4h,furnace coolong to ≤600℃, get out furnce and air cooling . Hardness ≤241HBW,after soften hardness ≤187HBW.
Quenching temperature 1000-1050℃, air cooling , hardness 56-58HRC, tempering temperature 500-650℃, hardness 44-54HRC.

Delivery state:normalized ,annealed, spheroidal annealed, quenched & tempered ,bright
bar, cold-drawn, etc. Should be indicated in contract .

Packing :
Forged bar , rolled bar and coil packing in loose . Rolled wire packing in plastic woven
cloth or wooden case.
