Packing :
Forged bar , rolled bar and coil packing in loose . Rolled wire packing in plastic woven cloth or wooden case.
APPLIED RANGE:
Used for make large section and more important quenching parts which required higher strength, toughness . For example transmission eccentric shaft of horizontal type forging machine , crank shaft of forging press . After quenched make important parts which require better plasticity,higher strength and large dimension. Such as heavy load shaft of heavy-duty machinery,diameter greater than 250mm shaft of steam turbine,blade , high loading transmission parts ,fasteners , cank shaft ,gear etc.
