HEAT TREATMENT SPECIFICATION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES:

Phase transformation point : Ac1=735℃,Ac3=855℃,Ar3=835℃,Ar1=680                                normolizing temperature 920~950℃. Quenching temperature :910℃±10℃,10%NaCl water cooling .

EAF+LF+VD +forged/ rolled
DELIVERY CONDITION :rolled / forged slowly cooling .
