Duct mounted reverse circulation drilling rods

Duct mounted reverse circulation drilling rods is mainly applies in reverse circulation drilling. The high pressure air coming from air compressor passes through air tube which is inserted in single wall drill pipe, and then pours air into mud through the lower outlet of air tube to form the combination of mud and air, the proportion is lower than that of between drill pipe and wall so that the negative pressure forms. Consequently, the mud outside the drill pipe passes through lower part of drill bit to power swivel with cuttings.

 friction welding machine, drill pipe hammer forging and all-in-one tempering equipment. 

Besides, it is equipped with non-destructive testing (NDT), physical experiment, 

chemical composition analysis and metallurgical analysis apparatus.Our factory get the ISO9001 in 2009 and API certification in 2002 one after another, 

which becomes one of the API authorized enterprises in geological departments.
