The process begins with a plastic resin hot tube called a parison. The parison is placed within a split mold with a hollow cavity. The mold sides are then clamped together, pinching and sealing the parison tube. Air is blown into the tube, which expands the hot resin wall into the shape of the mold cavity; the mold is cooled with water solidifying the resin into the shape of the part. Once cooled, the part is ejected from the mold and trimmed

Before delivery, TONVA takes responsible for debugging of machine, in order to make sure the provided machine could be safely and smoothly put into operation.
TONVA also take responsibility to have debugging overseas, and Client abroad please sends invitation forward of time to engineer of TONVA, provides the engineer with round-trip tickets, accommodation, vehicle and $60 per day salary.
Before delivery, TONVA will take responsibility to indoctrinate technical training to the users so that they could understand the machine features and could operate the machine by themselves.
The warranty period for TONVA machine is one year with a life long maintenance. If the user requires special quality guarantee, other stipulated warranty period may be made after mutual agreement.
