Extrusion system

» Die-head:

Nitrogen treatment , 38CrMoAIA material , Advanced design to eliminate the melt material degrade in the runner, to avoid the perform draw-down and the welding line.

»Screw & Barrel:

IKV design ,maximized plasticizing capacity,adopt water a»nd fan cooling system.

Drive system

Clamping system
