In security printing business, our client need print different security one step by step,means they cannot finish all process without stop machine. This machine can read the printed mark and automatic pre-registered, so our client can start job in less 20 meter film.

 1. What is 2nd registered?

2nd registered mean machine can do registered print on the base of printed film or paper. 

2.Why 2nd registered is difficulty?

Due to film's innerstress and heat shrinkage, after printing, the printing marks are not in the original place any more. So it's very difficulty to use these mark as base to do registered printing or coating again. For example, the original mark dissitance is 169mm between each mark, but after printing, some distance are 167mm, some are 168.7, or 170.2mm. So you cannot use these kind distance to print your second job. 

3. How can Yiming 2nd registered print provide high accuracy ?

Compared with most printing machine supplier, their machine measure printing mark after printing unit, and than feedback to PLC, so PLC's action will be always later then printing action. Our clients have to use lot of film and time to find right distance before they printing right job. But Yiming 's machine use virtual printing aixs for pre-registered, so before our client's start printing job, PLC already know where the printing should be.
