high accuracy Wide Web Registered Place Hologram Embossing machine is specially designed for high accuracy registered hologram embossing with electronic axis synchronous positioning system.  This machine include advantage PLC, touch screen, sensor and AC drivers, servo drivers. Control system use FIBER OPTICAL COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY and ELECTRICSHAFT SYNCHRONOUS ORIENTATION. This machine is equipped with 5 motor drivers close loop controlling system to improve embossing stability and registered accuracy, in which embossing unit, in-feed and out-feed unit have servo drivers. The laser mark inspection sensor is also be equipped, which will be automatic truck,feedback and updated by PLC system. Mark inspection record will be stored into U disk,which can be printed and checked by Computer. Hydraulic system is equipped with Inert Gas Accumulator Bottles, so rubber roll will be automatic move away from embossing cylinder when electric power is shut down or out of work. The speed of motor drivers of In-feed/out-feed, embossing unit,re-winder/un-winder are synchronic controlled by PLC, which improve web tension stability and registered accuracy.
