Syringe Filling Machine  made by Hunan FE, which contains all the most advanced technology with all kinds of patents.

 

 

This production line includes Filling & Stoppering Machine, Lamp Inspection Machine, Rod Plungering & Labeling Machine.  

 

 

It is suitable for pre-sterilized syringes(SCF type) made by BD, BG, SCHOTT and major Chinese suppliers. Customized machine is also aviable for other types of syringes.

-Can fill material with very high viscosity, such as hyaluronic acid, Transparent fatty acid or even more viscous.

-Plugging quality is monitored by Machine Vision System, to ensure higher pass rate(Optional).
