Syringe Filling Line made by Hunan FE, which contains all the most advanced technology with all kinds of patents.

 

 

This production line includes Filling & Stoppering Machine, Lamp Inspection Machine, Rod Plungering & Labeling Machine.  

 

 

It is suitable for pre-sterilized syringes(SCF type) made by BD, BG, SCHOTT and major Chinese suppliers. Customized machine is also aviable for other types of syringes.

 

 

Advantages

 

 

Can fill material with very high viscosity, such as hyaluronic acid, Transparent fatty acid or even more viscous.

 

Plugging quality is monitored by Machine Vision System, to ensure higher pass rate(Optional).

 

Process parameters can be timely printed, stored and retrievable.
