1.Introduction of Sand Production Line Belt Conveyor

The conveyers consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. Our conveyor equipment is adaptable for stationary and mobile crushing plants . They are widely used in mining ,metal lrugical and coal industry to transter sandy or lump material,or packaged material.According to different transter equipment,the transter systerm can be one independently or multi-conbined or combined with other transter equipments,The belt conveyers can be installed horizontally or a slope to meet the needs of different transfer lines ,The belt conveyers produced by SJLC can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from-20+40.The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyer should be lower than 50.

3. Note

1The capacity in this table is the transfered quantity calculated under the following conditions: the density of the transferred material is 1.0t/m3-1.6t/m3,the transferring angle is #18,and stacking angle of the transferred material is 30.
2.The belt conveyor is used to transfer the material the density of which is less than 2.5t/m³.
3.The length of the belt conveyor is limitless. We can design and manufacture it according to customers’ special requests.
