SSW-H2H Hot Filling Fully Automatic Machine

 

 

SSW-H2H automatic stretch blow molding machine with 2 cavities is specially designed to produce PET bottle with high heat resistance for hot filling package such as juice and tea. It adopts multiple blowing to reduce the residual stress, as result; shaped bottle has slight shrinkage during hot filling.

In addition, crystallization varies with different mold design, as a result, the PET bottle produced can stand temperature over 97°C depending on the type of PET material with different crystallization rate. The neck up blowing mode protects the bottle preform from damage during blowing and ensures stable performance.With high strength, good transparency and low production costs, abundant material resource, SSW-H2 plays a big role in hot filling package market.

 

Control system

Together with HITECH Man-Machine Interaction (MMI) control panel with user-friendly, the whole control system presents super performance with precise control, convenient parameter setup, obvious display and reasonable memory.

 

Pneumatic system

Pneumatic system provides the power for SSW-H2's movement. It is equipped with world famous high quality pneumatic components such as Festo from Germany, high precision, long service life and reliable performance are their highlights. Those pneumatic components suppliers' global service network provides the customer their prompt after-sale service locally for their pneumatic products used on SSW-H2

 

Sensor system

SSW-H2 adopts high quality imported sensor & switch system including proximity switch, photoelectric switch, and electronic magnet switch to keep production process going step by step and avoid any possible damage on machine.

 

Heating system

SSW-H2automatic stretch blow molding machine adopts infrared type heating mode, whose superior thermal-radiation and thermal penetrability provide machine with powerful heating to meet strict preform heating requirement under speedy moving. Infrared heating lamps placed onto three heating zone with 10 sets of independent voltage adjusting module and advanced microcomputer controller, can offer ideal heating for preform in different size. Each lamp's horizontal position is adjustable to keep the machine flexible.
