Step 2: According to the shoes problem, we through the professional checking and offer the best solutions.

Step 3: The claim amount will deducted from the new order.

Packaging: One pair one box, offer professionable package, and prevent the damage.

Shipping parts: We offer cheap shipping way: by international Express, by sea and by air. Or we can delivery goods according to your reqest.

Q1:What’s your MOQ ? and can you make other colors?

In view of first cooperation , we accept 24 pairs per color as our MOQ . The color can change according to the color swatch.

Q2:Can you make customer’s logo?

Yes, we can put our clients' logo in the shoes, also can print the logo on the box if total quantity more than 200 pairs.

Q3:Can I change the last ?

Sure, the quantity will meet about 100 pairs per design.

Q4:Can you provide sample?and how long?

Yes, 7 days upon receipt of the sample fee, and freight will paid from customer.

Q5:How much deposit I need to pay?

30% of the amount.

Q6:How about your delivery time?

35-45 days upon receipt of the deposit.

Q7:Why your price is expensive?

Q8:How long is your guarantee period?

We offer six months warranty, during this time, we will handle it if there have any quality problem.

We support payment terms as follow:

1)Trade Assurance , Paypal , West Union.

2) TT30% deposit , 70% balance TT against B/L copy.

3) Irrevocable L/C at sight.
