Product Overview:

 There are two models: “Stone -Stone (PL)” and “Stone-Steel (PLST)”. The “Stone -Stone(PL)” can be used in processing hard materials, and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40%; the “Stone-Steel (PLST)” can be used in processing the materials with medium and high degree of hardness and the percentage of sand productivity is about 40-60%. The two types can be changed mutually for processing different materials.

  The machine can be widely used in the fields of water conservation and hydro-power, refractory matter, construction, high quality building and railway etc. artificial sand-making, especially for the materials with medium and high degree of hardness as well as hard abrasive materials such as granite, basalt,  green-stone sandstone etc. it is superior to other machines. In the aspect of artificial sand-making, the capacity of this machine is higher than the capacity of other type machines, which is the most ideal equipment for artificial sand-making.

Inside structure: 

Stone-stone:
Materials drop vertically and uniformly from the equipment’s top, part of them enter the high-rotating impeller chamber through distributor and feed tube, and come out of the impeller’s launch in the action of high-speed centrifugal force. Then, they impact with another part of materials which shunt around impeller through distributor in the form of an umbrella. After hitting each other, materials will crush each other multiple times in the impeller and vortex chamber. 
    Stone-steel:
Materials drop from the equipment’s top vertically and uniformly and enter the high-speed impeller’s chamber through the feeding tube, and come out of impeller’s launch in the action of high-speed centrifugal force. Then they impact with adjustable metal back plate and stick opposite to impeller and crush.
