1. Detailed Product Description of Cement Rotary Kiln:
Rotary kiln belongs to building material equipment, which can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to different materials.
Cement kiln is used for making of cement clinker and there are dry and wet methods to make cement. metallurgy chemical kiln is used in metallurgy industry and ironworks for lean iron ore, chromium ore and ferronickel ore calcimine. Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal ochre in refractory material industry; for calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; for claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
2. Components of High Quality Professional Cement Rotary Kiln
Rotary kiln is mainly composed of cylinder, under frame, feeding and discharging devices, transmission device, gear cover, etc. (Optional auxiliary equipment includes combustion chamber, feeder and discharging device, and dust collection equipment). 3. Working Principle of Cement Rotary Kiln:
The auto-combustion device provides heat resource for our rotary drier, which adopts down-flow heating method. When the mineral materials are fed into the cylinder, it flows down as a result of gravity. Meanwhile, they are repetitively scattered in the air so that they are in full contact with the hot air. The material is thus dried gradually.

4. Advantages of Cement Rotary Kiln:
1). High productivity makes it possible for our lime rotary kiln to be used in large active lime production line.
2). Open-type calcining rotary kiln has a simple structure, and can discharge sulfurous gases timely, which makes it quite suitable for steelmaking.
3). It is capable of calcining 10 to 50mm fine limestone directly.
4). Vertical preheater has been equipped at the end of the kiln to make full use of high-temperature gases generated during calcining. It can preheat limestone to the decomposition conditions. In this way, it helps not only to increase the output, but also to decrease the heat consumption.
5). The equipped vertical cooler at the head of the kiln can help cool the high-temperature limestone, as well as make it convenient to convey and store. Besides, it can effectively increase the temperature inside the kiln, thus reducing the fuel consumption.
6). Waste gases, discharged from the vertical preheater, have a temperature ranging from 280°C to 350°C, and their dust content is about 20g/Nm3. So it is easy to deal with these gases according to the requirements of environmental protection.
