The kiln body is quasi-rectangular, from top to bottom are the storage zone, preheating zone, calcining zone, homogeneous calcining zone and cooling zone.

The lime kiln mainly consisits of kiln body, loading device, unloading device, electronic appliance, dust collection ans so on. Different lime kilns have different structures.
