  H2SO4 Sulfuric Acid Plant :

H2SO4 Sulfuric Acid Sulfuric Acid Production Plant   is composed of  Quartz Glass Equipment.The quartz glass materials is SiO2, the purity is over 99.97%, it features in good chemical stability and corrosion resistance performance. The melting point is 1730℃, soften point is 1580℃, max working temperature is 1100℃. The max coefficient of linear expansion is 5.56×10-7 (at 1000℃), it is only 1/10~1/20 of the normal glass. So it can work under tough temperature condiction of quick heating quick cooling.

 

Our quartz glass can work with various kind of acid,  chloroazotic acid, neutral salt, sulfur and carbon. Please note this is not including Hydrofluoric acid and phosphoric acid.

 

Chemical stability  is 150 times better than the nickel-chromium alloys and ceramics

 

Quartz glass is an ideal materials for chemical reaction.
