HY-WK Fuel Injector Pump Test Machine

Usage: 

   When testing different pumps, the test bench use proper attachments, and carry out the following debugging.                 

Checking of each cylinder's injection timing with static.
Checking of the LDA.
Checking of the mechanical governor.
Checking of the pneumatic governor.
Checking of the vacuum capacity of governor.
Measurement of the internal pressure of distributor pump body.
Measurement of the reflux delivery of distributor pump.
Testing of the electro-magnetic valve of distributor pump.
Checking of the transfer pump.
Checking of the sealing of injection pump body.

 

 

Product Optional Function:

 

     The following functions need operators to choose and buy corresponding auxiliary appliances or instruments.

 

1. Negative pressure air source system to test and adjust pumps with vacuum air film speed governor.
2. Test and adjust the pretravel.
3. Test and adjust the rack travel.
4. Bench test of electric control common rail system.
