Summary
LGSY series of piston pressure gauge are researched by Xi’an Wellwork Co.,Ltd, which are in accordance with the newest government’s verification and the rules of JJG59-2007. Because its main parts adopt the material of tungsten carbide, which are coefficient of linear expansion with the characteristics of high hardness and low temperature. It improves the wearable identity and endures more but not be deformed at all. The performance is strongly stable. The media is Sebacic Acid or mixed oil, in result of high accuracy.
For adopting new material and techniques, all indexes are improved primly.
Characteristics
1. Piston and piston vat adopt the material of tungsten carbide, which are coefficient of linear expansion with the characteristics of high hardness and low temperature. The working temperature is wide and characteristics are stable.
2. Because of underslung overload, we put the weight on its shelf and move it stably; accurate pressure data will be showed.
3. When the pressure is over 25MPa, the media which is Sebacic Acid has little thickness to insure manometer to keep high accuracy.
4. Weight are non-magnetism and stainless material.
5. The working place of piston is detected by displacement sensor, and the length of up and down’s piston is ±1.5mm. The meter has acute, striking and accurate characteristics.
6. Wide pressure range. When the date is 1MPa, the basic mistake is ±0.01%,±0.02%,±0.05% ,±0.005%. For a LGSY-100, can be instead of three pieces of domestic manometer of 6,60,100MPa together.
7. It is very simple and convenient to put more pressure or adjust though at 100MPa.
