We developed fusible brazing alloy with low melting temperatures ranges from 48°C to 280°C.

Melting Point: Ranges from 48°C to 280°C±1°C—3°C
Strength:30-50Kg(static suspension) for 48 hours, no fracture, and no drop out of the materials.
Physical characteristics
1.Low melting point alloy is a kind of fusible alloy with gray or dark gray metallic luster.
2. Fusible alloy could be melted in the methods of water bath and oil bath.
3. At room temperature, the strength is 30 MPa, elongation is 3% and hardness is 25 HBS.
Application: fire damper, fuse, heat detector, sprinkler tip, fire door, fire curtain, sensitive element and safety device with temperature sensors of transformer, temperature control valve, alarming apparatus, household appliance etc.,.
Our fusible brazing alloys totally meet the requirement of the relevant state regulations on fire control safety. According to the application situation by Safety Unit, it has been proved that the brazing strength of our alloys with exactly melting point is inaccordance with national requirement, and can ensure security.
The fusible brazing alloys with 70 degree Celsius and 280 degree Celsius melting point have special function and quality. It has an effect on the clients and won national quality products which issuered by authority for many times.
In order to verify the melting time of our fusible brazing alloy, we adopted a trial and error procedure. There are two test method: 1. Water Bath for alloys with melting point below 100degree Celsius. Equipment: 501 super thermostat 2. Oil Bath for alloys with melting point above 100°C. Equipment: 602 super oil groove.

According to the test result above, fusing time of the sensitive elements made by fusible brazing alloy could be controlled within 60s. The sensitivity of our fusible alloys could meet standard of fire fighting.
