This knife grinder is operating steadily when the rail is guided by the machine tool in beeline. It is characterized by low noise, adjustable journey, reliable angle adjustment and high precision of grinding. This is in line with the requirement of GMP.

 

 

Working principle

The dovetail groove of the knife-equipping framework makes the to-and-fro movements. When the emery wheel is opened, the knife is bladed. The plank shall also be adjusted to the mete. After the knife is added with cooling fluid, the cooling water can be adjusted through the heads of the valves and pipes.
