This guillotine shear is mainly used to cut roots, stems, leaves, and seedcases of herbs, vegetables or fruit into fixed sections for extraction and crush.

 

Main features

The width of conveying chains can be made into 100-500mm. And the rotating blades can be fixed by one or two handles according to the requirement of customers. The most features are the high efficiency and high speed in continuously cutting, which may satisfy the need of customers for mass production in short time.

 

Working principle

The conveying chains can be adjustable to be positive or reversal rotation. When it is in positive rotation, the materials are conveyed to the cropping mouth and then be cut into fixed pieces by the revolving knife. When it is in reversal rotation, the materials not cut will be picked out.
