Leo DYQ Belt Filter Press Working Principle 
Add flocculant after slurry thickening treatment, after mixed in the mixing unit flow to the next gravity stage, when sludge is reversed during the gravity dewatering stage, sludge won’t have flowing ability anymore, after two stage squeezing, sludge will be carried to pass several diameter rollers to squeeze to dewater filter cakes further, at least discharge filter cake by cake scraper, after filter cake discharge, filter belt will regain by automatic filter belt washing system.
