Guidance of operations for this kind of egg processing equipment/egg cleaning grading equipment

First,suck eggs up onto egg loading and conveying belt with a vacuum egg lifter(30 eggs once)

Second,eggs enter egg candling booth where workers can select out cracked eggs,black-cored eggs,eggs having gone bad due to some other reasons.

Third,egg cleaning machine wash eggs with warm water and specialized egg cleaning brushes.

Fourth,egg drying equipment will dry washed eggs with specialized egg drying brushes and strong heated wind produced by egg drying fans installed within egg cleaning machine.

Fifth,egg coding equipment will print company name,brand name,quality guarantee period,date of production or something like this onto eggshells so that egg products buyers can turn back to egg products producers if they are interested in the egg products.

Sixth,food-grade mineral oil spraying equipment will spray a very thin layer of mineral oil onto eggshells to keep bacteria away and prevent eggs from losing water.

Seventh,eggs will enter electronical egg grading machine where eggs are grade by weight.Here eggs can be graded into several grades according to customers' requirements.

Eighth,automatic egg packing machine will pack graded eggs into egg trays.Meanwhile workers should collect other graded eggs from the egg collceting belts into egg trays.

Ninth,workers should collect pack egg trays filled with eggs into big boxes for sale.
