First,suck up eggs onto egg loading and aligning box with a vacuum egg lifter(30 eggs a time)

 

Second,egg cleaning machine will clean eggs with warm water and specialized egg cleaning brushes.Then eggs will be dried by egg drying brushes and strong heated wind produced by egg drying fans installed within egg cleaning machine

 

Third,eggs will be conveyed into egg candling booth. Here workers can duduce whether there are any cracks on the eggshells and whether the contents have already gone bad with the help of egg candling light.

 

Fourth,egg coding equipment will print company name,brand name,expire time and date of production onto eggshells so that egg products buyers can turn back to egg products producers if they are interested in the egg products.

 

Fifth,mineral oil spraying equipment will spray a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil onto eggshells so as to keep bacteria away and prevent eggs from losing water.

 

Sixth,UV sterilizing equipment will sterilize eggs and kill bacteria with ultraviolet

 

Seventh,electronical egg grading machine will grade all the processed eggs into several grades according to the weight of eggs.
