first,suck up eggs onto the egg loading and conveying box(30 eggs for one time).and the egg candling booth will help 

 

second,the egg cleaning machine cleans the eggs conveyed into it. Then the eggs will be dried by strong wind produced by drying fans installed within the egg cleaning machine.

 

third,the egg coding equipment will print company name, brand name,expire time,date of production sor something like this onto the eggshells so that the buyers can turn back to the egg producers if they are interested in their egg porducts.

 

Fourth,the mineral oil sprayer will spray a thin layer of tastable mineral oil onto the eggshells so as to keep bacteria away and prevent eggs from losing water.Thus ,keeping the eggs fresh for a longer time.

 

Fifth,the egg grading machine will grade the eggs into several grades and eggs of different weight will fall down onto different lanes of the egg collecting board of the egg grading machine.Then the workers should collect the graded eggs into different stackes of egg trays.Last,the processed eggs can be sent to market directly.
