Vaccum Egg Lifter

Eggs are sucked onto the roller by a vacuum egg lifter (5*6=30 eggs each suck). The vacuum egg lifter is run by a motor but lift up and down by hand, that helps workers to load eggs onto the egg machine more easily.

Egg loading unit

Egg loading unit transports the eggs towards the weighing part, the shape of rollers have been specially designed, that make sure the eggs align automatically, so as to guarantee all the eggs enter the egg grading machine in good order.

Electronic egg grader

After head turning, eggs will enter the weighing part of the electronic egg grader，separate eggs into 7 sizes. Eggs of different size fall down onto to different lanes of electronic egg grader. 

Electronic egg packer

Alternatively some enter egg collecting belt, some enter egg collecting table, some enter automatic egg packer.
