     Canling

    Candler with LED light source is installed under the roller of grader to help operators to check whether there is any   damage of eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be selected out by hand.

     Printing

        Printer can also be installed on the grader to print company name, brand name, production date, expiration date, batch number etc.

         workers should collect eggs from different lanes into different stacks of egg trays manually. Then workers can   pack egg trays into boxes for sale.
