Brief 

This series ceramic fibre muffle furnace is batch type heat treatment furnace, the highest temperature can reach 1000-1200℃, mainly used in laboratory, research unit industrial and mining enterprises for for chemical analysis, physical measurement and small steel heat treatment. 

Structure

1.Furnace shell is welded by steel plate, heating element is high quality iron chromium aluminum wire, heat preservation material is high quality aluminium silicate fiber.

2.Furnace hearth is made of aluminium oxide ceramic fibre,with the advantages of fast heating and good heat preservation effect.

3.Control system is microcomputer PID, can also install intelligent temperature control instrument according to user’s needs,be free to set 50 raising temperature curves,high precise of temperature control,raise temperature according to the program,with the function of temperature control,and over-temperature alarm.
