Structure 

Furnace shell is welded by steel plate, hearth is made of high qualityaluminium oxide ceramic fiber, heating element adopts U shape silicon molybdenum rods, silicon molybdenum rod is vertically hung on both sides of furnace. Adopts good insulation performance alumina fiber between furnace and the furnace shell , with air blanket outside furnace, to ensure the furnace shell temperature does not rise too high.
