1.Grade: 20CrNiMo(AISI/SAE 8620/DIN1.6523)

 

2.Delivery Condition: annealed,hot rolled, or Q+T

 

3.Chemical Composition in % :

C:0.17~0.23 Si:0.17~0.37 Mn:0.60~0.95 Cr:0.40~0.70 Mo:0.20~0.30 Ni:0.35~0.75

 

4.Size:

Dia: 20mm-400mm

Length: 2000-5800mm or according to customer's require .

 

5.Process: After heating the ingot to optimum high temperature, the ingot is forged by hydraulic presses. Forging process has two major purposes which are to form the required shape and to refine grain size inside of steel ingot. It refines the grain structure and improves physical properties of the metal .
