3.Delivered Condition:

1.Hot rolled or forging

2.EAF or ESR material

3.Black or machined surface,

4.Annealed hardness: HBS≤235

5.Hardened hardness: HRC=32-38

4. Characteristics:

1. High mechanical property and quenching, enable the surface share equal hardness after deal with it.

2. Good polishing and low roughness.
