Pre-hardened to deal with 30-37HRC hardness plate spreads are usually greater than or equal to 4HRC, suitable for direct processing tool.

 Heat treatment can be combined with hard-to 46-50HRC, to make up for the non-quenched steel can not be combined with the shortcomings of the hardware to meet the requirements of multi-purpose

Characteristics

1.Pure steel quality due to vacuum degassing treatment

2.The screwing die is formed by forging, and the flat steel and round steel are formed by rolling at a high ratio of deformation. It is compact in structure, suitable for making the plastic moulds requiring polish or etch machining.

3.Porosity occurs if the thickness of rolled sheet is higher than 120mm. It is not recommended for wse to the moulds with mirror polishing requirements.
