Horizontal Softening Pot is suitable for the pressing oil factory and extraction oil fatcory which produce 50-1000T per day.

It softens and dries oil material for improving oil material plasticity and reducing water content of oil material, So oil cakes pressed is thin but not fragile, and result of cooking,pressing and extraction is improved. User can control softening time of oil material by the device of stepless speed regulation. So the softening result reaches to the best level.

  It is also applied to soybean quality adjustment in soybean protein process, as well meets the requires of drying&dehydration ,wetting and other craft.

Main features:

1. Rotation of roller makes oil materials turn more uniform without omitting and soften fully, It can avoid oil materials charing.
2. Big capacity of single machine, power consumption is much lower,which is 10% of vertical softening pot consumption,and prodution cost is reduced.
3. Less mechanical failure, less maintenance cost.
4. It avoids wear of scraper and heating layer, extending equipment use life.
5. According different kinds and natures of oil materials, softening time can be adjusted at any time.
6. Oil materials can be dried when softening oil materials which has high water content, dehydration rate is up to 2%---3%.
