  Main structure and operation principle:

    Desolventizer-toaster is made of machine, layer, sieve-board, main axle, scraper, automatic material door, base,driver structure. Wet meal enter desolventizer-toaster by sealed spiral conveyer, with indirect steam heating in layers,wet meal are heated in desolventizer-toaster,and stired by stiring-knife, at same time wet meal fall from last layer to next layer with control of automatic material door,and be preheated and desolventized sequentially from the first layer to the seventh layer, then spray direct steam to desolventize, meal desolventized are transferred out of extraction workshop.
