Garlic peeling production line is composed of elevator, garlic separating machine, garlic peeling machine, and picking belt.

Uses of Garlic peeling production line:

The production line is mainly used in the previous process for dehydrated garlic, garlic powder, mashed garlic, allicin, and other products.

Principle of Garlic peeling production line:

Put the garlic which has been removed the root into the hopper in the elevator, and then stepless speed adjusting elevator will sent evenly the garlic to the segment separator/garlic separating machine. After separating, the garlic segments will enter in the peeling machine where it has a particular pressure ventilation, and then the peeling garlic cloves into the conveying picker to pick the unqualified garlic by manual picking, and finally the qualified garlic segments will enter the next procedure.
