GH-CNC50 coil spring making machine with high speed and high quality

Description

1. GH-CNC50 coiling spring machine is a CNC spring machine, it divided into the cam, send the line, switch to the core, curl four-axis, the mechanical part of a total of eight sets of slide, crank and rotation axle. Cam fixed to the rotating axle, you can screw adjustment front and rear, and used to promotion the movement of the slide. Mechanical action in three ways: extrusion, stamping and molding;
2. The computerized cam rotation system can be set from 0.1-359.9°, every two wire feeding wheels constitutes of one group, total three groups;
3. GH-CNC50 coiling spring machine is equipped with ADT-CNC820 spring machine controller. The control system can save 1000 material numbers. Axis location, feeding data, production speed and production output are display on the screen. The program data can be set and changed easily;
4. The rotation core system is installed on the axis. The axis can rotate leftwards and rightwards. The rolling axis is installed on the sliding house. The cam drives it rotate 360°, also can control direction action or designated moves back and forth;
5. Optional accessories: Cutting tool, rolling axis.
