Characteristics
Wide range of raw materials: our gypsum production line can use natural gypsum and gypsum as industrial byproduct (such as desulfurized gypsum, phosphogypsum, fluorgypsum, titanium gypsum, etc.), there is no limit on free water content in the raw materials.
Continuous production: with no intermediate storing and transforming process High efficiency: all production procedures are under automatic control, realizing automatic material weighing and feeding.

1. Strength
The strength of α-high strength gypsum should not be less than the value specified in Table 1:

2. Setting time
The presetting time forα-high strength gypsum should not be less than 3mins, the final setting time should not be more than 30mins.
3. Fineness  
The fineness ofα-high strength gypsum can be expressed as a percent of screen residue (screen: 0.125mm square hole), the percent of screen residue should be ≤5%. Besides, other fineness is also available upon request.
