gypsum powder production line

 

     Gypsum powder equipments include crushing and milling system, calcining system, final products packing and storing system and electrical control system.

     Gypsum Powder production line is a process that the common gypsums (its main component is CaSO4-2H2O) are changed into calcium sulfate hemi-hydrated gypsum (its main component is CaSO4-0.5H2O) by crushing, calcining and de-watering.

     Producing process: Push the gypsum rocks with the diameter less than 50mm into the Belt Conveyor by a forklift, then the Belt Conveyor will convey them to the Crusher to crush the large grain size gypsum ores into small size (less than 25mm), then the crushed ores will be sent to Roller Mill to be milled after having been stored and metered by Belt Scale, the qualified gypsum powder will be sent the Boling Kiln to be calcined; and the qualified gypsum powder will be conveyed, lifted and stored to silo to be homogenized.

     All the gypsum powder production lines we design adopt DCS automatic control system and advanced equipments such as vertical mill and boiling furnace.

     At present, we have engineering expertise and experience for the design and installation of production line for plaster powder, with hourly production capacity of 5~50 tons.
