Company Brief Introduction

Initialed by Tai'an Single Electromechanical Company, joined by Feicheng Jinyang Equipment Installation Company and Taishan Gypsum Building Material Company, Tai'an Jiepu Gypsum Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 2004 as a stockholding company.

Our main products include: gypsum powder production line(natural gas or chemical gypsum), gypsum block production line, gypsum board production line, cement retarder production line, paper-free gypsum board production line, slag wallboard production line, gypsum mortar production line and so on.

Our company occupied a floor space of 63200 sqms, with building area 25,000 sqms and new standardized steel-structure plant area 22,500 sqms. We have a variety of processing equipments aroung 130 units.

In recent years, one of our major businesses in domestic market is to propel the research and development of industrial by-product gypsum(like phosphogypsum, desulfurized gypsum) in the application of gypsum building material industry. We have installed and set up a variety of building gypsum production lines and gypsum block production lines for renowned power plants and phoschemical corporations in China, such as China Huaneng Group, China Huadian Corporation, Sichuan Gaoyu Company and Guizhou Hongfu Company, .etc. As of the end of 2009, the total capacity of chemical gypsum production line contracted by our company has reached to 2 million tons.

Our company is a member of China Building Material Industry Association, China Association of Resource Comprehensive Utilization, China Nonmental Industry Association. We act as a high and new tech enterprise in Tai'an City, the teaching pratice base for Jinan University, and we have been granted the Quality System Certificate in comformity with ISO9001:2000 standard. One of our machine used by gypsum powder production line named Fluid Bed Gypsum Calciner has been chosen as China New Product For Energy-saving and Emission-reduction in 2009 by All China Environment Federation. One of our gypsum powder production line (using chemical gypsum to produce plaster) has gain  a Certificate of National Scientific and Technological Achievement(Certificate No.: Building Material[2009] No 004, Registration Mark: 3100409).
