Big Diameter Abrasive Slurry Suction Corrugated Steel Wire Braided Rubber Hose

Structure:

Ø Inner Rubber Layer: Natural rubber, polyurethane rubber and other compounded rubber.
Ø Pressure bearing Layer: fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fabric (thread cord)
Ø Reinforced layer: High tenacity copper plating spring steel wire.
Ø Outer Rubber Layer: Natural rubber and compounded rubber.

Features:

Big/large diameter, high wear resistance, corrugated surface, high abrasive, steel wire braided, high pressures for sand and slurry suction. Strong suction power.

Suitable Materials:

Quartz sand, steel grit, mud sand, steel ball, cement, cement concrete, dry-mixed motar, pulverized coal, carbon powder and mineral powder.

1) For the big diameter slurry suction and discharge rubber hose, if the Akron abrasion is 0.2 and the out diameter is 128mm, it can work for about 3 year for slurry suction and discharge.
